I have a section A 2year old colt who lives out with my gelding. He is super easy lovely temperament and only shown stallion tendancies when out at shows and occasionally tries to mount my gelding! I am looking to cover my mare with him and would like to just run them together. My question being can I just introduce them by stabling them together and then just run them together and leave them together til the spring? Or should I only run them for a short period? Also if she does get in foal how long can I leave them together? Sorry only ever bred TB inhand so this is totally new to me doing it the 'natural way'!
