runny nose and eyes

Can anyone offer me advice with my new mare? She has had a runny nose for a week now with no other symptoms until yesterday when her eyes were also running just like tears.She has no cough or temperature and is eating fine.The vet is due to come on Wednesday.Do you think she will be o.k. until then. I was told she has had a foal and lost it so maybe she is rundown as also she is in need of feeding up to weight.She is eating all day and in one week looks tonnes better.We love her to bits already as she has sooooooo kind eyes and for a mare whos just turned three has had a rough beginning.She is a bay roan Ardennais so if anyone knows anything helpful on the breed I would be most grateful.

Runny eyes could just be flies (if clear/watery).
What is the nasal discharge like? Thick? Watery? Clear? Coloured?

his runny nose has been mainly watery but there has been some thick mucus a few times.I think it was white/yellow

I wouldn't worry too much if clear/watery, especially as she is not coughing, propably just a slight hay/pollen allergy. Unless it gets worst I'm sure she will be fine till Wednesday.
