Runny Nose Help

My Cushing's pony has a slight runny nose but only on one side. Its very thin almost watery but it's got a brownish colour to it. At first I thought she had a nosebleed but I'm sure its not now. Its slightly smelly as well. She's eating well and is happy. Any ideas please? I'm waiting for the vet to call me but wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

I would call the vet again, it may be a tooth problem beginning, esp as its on one side only..

Thanks for your reply Micky. Vet has been now. It could be an abscess or a sinus infection. Its all turned yellow and thick now. She's on penicillin injections and we are waiting for the dentist. She's happy in herself and eating well so I think shell be ok.
