I am expecting my cob to have a very runny tummy when the grass comes through. He will be on a really small paddock etc.
Even in the middle of last summer, when the flush of new grass had finished, he had a really runny tummy. His worming was all up to date etc. he needed a course of steroids from the vet to help him stop scouring.
Even if I move his paddock to grass which has been previous grazed down by my other horses, he still gets diarrohea. Very watery.
At the moment he is in at night and out in the day, and his poos are normal.
What can I give him to help him cope with the changes in the grass please. I tried pink powder last summer, but this didn't help.
Any ideas, please?
