Ruthnmeg - how did you get on?

LOL

At the time the class eventually started 45 mins late! my nerves were surprisingly maybe a 3! The course was kind, actually too kind for us. Meg really needs spookier type jumps to really catch the eye.
We jumped really well, met every jump spot on, stayed in rythem (can never spell that word!). kept a forward pace, felt a bit pro to be honest!! BUT, for one reason or another Meg dropped her back toe on 1 fence giving us 1 down. Its gutting cos she didn't deserve it and no reason to have it down. Iam almost convinced she was finding the jumps boring and was looking at something in the collecting ring and forgot what her hind hoof was doing! So, anyway we didn't get placed. There were 16 in the class and some of which were very nice horses.
Luckily also managed to dodge the heavy showers! (Also saw your sis and ma walking past, but I was too busy looking for my kids to talk! my dad had wondered off with them!)

16s not a bad number! Real shame about the fence - Meg is an ace jumper! Glad you had a good time though, and that the nerves settled down a bit.

Jen said that she was going to go to G+S - I was going to say to her to keep an eye out for you, but didn't want to make you anymore nervous!

Give Meg some carrots from Jazz, with a message - "pick your feet up" - which is rich coming from him ;) :)
