Rydale Malham boots Q's

I have a pair of Dublin river boots which i like and were for "best", going out to shows etc, however with this foul weather I have been wearing them for everything and decided I love riding in them.

SO.....I'm looking at getting some Rydale Malham's to be my best pair - love Dubarry's but too pricey. Only problem is I can't find any to try on. I have quite chunky calves but the Dublins fit ok, just a bit of a squeeze to get jeans tucked in

. What are the Rydales like width wise? Need a Size 5

Plenty wide enough IMO, I never need to undo the zips for mine

Hmmmmm I think you can get them in regular and wide. I have super skinny legs and my size 7's fit well with jeans, possibly with 2 fingers width the whole way round. My mum has a pair of size 8's and fairly wide legs and they fit perfectly. So if in doubt go for a size larger and wear big socks.

Very much recommended though, I love mine.

the ones with zips are same price I think and if you need a bit of extra room you can unzip and just gives you bit more space, doesn't actually undo the bootm just makes it a bit wider... does that make any kind of sense????

Yeah. Thanks. I like the non zip ones better though. Really need someone who has both types of boot! Or maybe I'll order them and send them back if they don't fit.
