For anyone who wants some witty light entertainment and reasonably well behaved interaction between hunting and the antis - Sabinder's Sab news has returned on facebook. Here: https://www.facebook.com/sabindersabsOf particular interest is:
In gambling terms this is what is known as "doubling down". Whoever is running the Hunting Leaks Twitter account has now neatly set out in three tweets all the ingredients required for the criminal offence of blackmail. The idiot even undercut the one possible defence he might have had, by acknowledging that there is a legal remedy available via the courts for data protection offences and that Hunting Leaks has consciously chosen not to take that path. Instead HL will continue with its strategy of trying to coerce the Countryside Alliance into giving the sabs money (and now for the first time it is explicitly stated that the "compensation" sought is financial) and will continue illegally publishing personal details of hunt members until the money is handed over.
With all of this stuff now firmly in the public domain it's probably a little late to backtrack. None of this will worry the organ grinder too much but Sabinder has a little sympathy for the monkey, set up with a VPN and burner phone and assured that nothing could possibly go wrong. Squeaky bum time and it shows: Hunting Leaks' punctuation has all gone to cock.

And also this (especially for those that believe that blood hound packs are immune from sabs...(Lynn Sawyer btw is a very well known anti) ):-

New kids on the block "Hunting Leaks" have taken time off from doxxing hunt supporters to post up this lovely picture of hounds moving off from the meet, rather spoilt by addition of fake blood splashed all over it (like sabs doctoring up their roadkill foxes to hide the freezer burn marks). Can anyone spot the problem with the photo?
(If Lynn can't, one of her sabs should be able to put her right.)

From Sabinder: "Locals Against the Barlow Hunt" - what's that all about then? Sabs are always telling us that every time they rock up in a village all the inhabitants immediately rush out of their homes bearing soy lattes and vegan cake for the mighty fox warriors, so perhaps the appearance of this page reflects the strength of feeling against hunting in the Peak District?
No. It's just Derby Sabs doing the old trick of trying to make the anti-hunting movement look bigger than it is by setting up multiple Facebook pages under different names. It's a variation on the well-worn tactic of sab groups splitting up into multiple smaller groups - "You're from Henstridge? Better call yourself Henstridge Sabs then". And how does Sabinder know that "Locals Against the Barlow" and Derby Sabs are one and the same? Because they decided to get the begging bowl out and couldn't be bothered to set up a new Paypal account. "Donate to our fuel and equipment fund" and then a link to the Derby Sabs Paypal account. I think that's fairly conclusive, unless Derby Sabs have hacked the Locals Against the Barlow Facebook page.
So how did Derby Sabs' big demo against the Barlow turn out? It has been heavily plugged on social media for weeks now by sab groups and online animal rights campaigners, and there isn't a lot going on. So what we ended up with is about twenty weird oddballs in bad fox costumes who stayed at the meet point where they were told to, and about the same number of badass sabs who went to the kennels, threw smoke bombs into a pony paddock (not sure how you square scaring little horses with animal liberation) and shouted "scum" at everyone they saw, including a couple of genuine locals who were out for a hack with their children on ponies and nothing to do with the hunt.
Oh yes, sabs also hired an aeroplane to tow a banner above the kennels, which frightened the sheep and llamas which had managed to dodge the smoke bombs. That's their carbon emissions budget used up for the next five years. Greta Thunberg will not be amused.
This squalid little display of pointless aggression was brought to you by Derby Hunt Sabs, Sheffield Hunt Sabs, Manchester Hunt Sabs, Lincoln Hunt Sabs, West Yorkshire Hunt Sabs and High Peak Hunt Sabs. That's an awful lot of sab groups for not many sabs. Presumably most people took the view that with Covid not over and done yet by any means, travelling from all over the country just for the chance to hurl abuse at strangers and intimidate a family in their own home might not have been such a great idea.
