Me too. Whan an ungrateful old bag. Sorry you've lost your job but it does sound like you are much better off out of there. Speaks volumes to me that she sacked you by text, spineless, gutless and not someone I would want to work for.

crikey, what a professional person this sounds like, sadly after a month you've not got rights, if you'd been there 3 or 6 you WOULD have had rights, quite strong one's, especially given her reason, but at a month with no contract that's that.
Wow, it makes you appreciate it when you have great bosses though reading things like this because it reminds you of all the awful one's out there (mine has taken me off weekends rather than lose me, felt very nice cos shows I do matter), I'd be gutted to be sacked for scoring 5% less in a test, does SHE actually go out there and do this then, or is she one of the sit on my ivory tower preaching to lesser mortals even tho can't do it myself brigade!
