Sacroiliacitis - back/lumbar support

Can anyone recommend a spinal / sacral lumbar support. There seem to be loads on Amazon of various quality and type. Happy to pay for a decent one as long as it will be comfortable to wear and does the job. Currently under investigation but it’s suddenly got sunny and don’t want to be stuck unable to get about. So far equissage is helping!! Thanks

Do you have a Decathlon near you, as they have a good selection of different types of back supports, and you could try the different sizes.

The only one which gave me any type of relief was the belt type which fastens quite tightly and kind of compresses your pelvis. Can't remember if I could ride in it though.

Decathlon do mail order and have a very easy returns service. I hope you find something, bad backs are the pits.
