sad and exciting day

my mare's just gone to her new home. bless her, she loaded like an angel. i'd been so brave all morning, but the moment i kissed her soft, pink nose, the tears came flooding out. i know she's going to a fab home, and i can see her when i like as its only 10 minutes away.

i've got an hour to wait now till my new boy arrives. i'm all blurry eyed with butterflies in my belly. what horses can do to our emotions eh? any one else going through the same thing today?

Can i ask if she had that effect on you why you sold her , I guess you may want an eventer or something, weve all done it and its hard , x
