Sad and not sure what to do...

I'd get your horse back . As a previous person said dont let the current loaners , loan out . You could easily loose track of where she is . My friend loaned her horse out , loads of emails , photos , and how all is great etc etc only to find the lady had sold the horse on . Took months , and the horse went thru sale rings and alsorts , but owner finally found the horse and got him home( chestnut , Arab and freezemarked !!!) . Grass livery until you can find a new home/loaner. Chase the college .Good Luck.
 
She sounds exactly what I am looking for to loan (sadly I am too far away to be any use to you) so I am sure there will be someone out there that will be perfect for her.

Meanwhile shoes off and grass livery are good suggestions. Hopefully the grass will be through soon so will cost less in feeding which will buy you some time to find the right loaner. Good luck
 
Catwithclaws, can you PM her advert from homes4horses and I will pass it on - We're in Oxfordshire, so depends how far you'd be happy to let her travel
