Sad day, freak accident

Ludoctro, thanks for the update, great news. Hope he continues to improve.
Fwiw 1 of my geldings was playing with his brother years ago and got his leg caught over the other horse's back, he wouldn't weight-bear until the next day (we assumed the worst but took him for x-rays), he'd paralysed the nerve bundle under his shoulder blade apparently, was absolutely fine a day or two later.
Huge condolences to the poor girl who lost her horse.

Thanks guys , it's a relief to the yard this boy has pulled through

The 2 remaining boys mine and a friends plus another who was out being ridden at the time of accident were all hooning again today like idiots, it was raining too, so the grooms took them in early from the field which I'm glad about, the grooms are keeping a close eye on them at the moment. My lad just loves playing he always on his hind legs , play biting etc. oh it's a worry.

But hey horses will be horses. Still scary for us poor owners
