It reminds me of something someone on here once said... tell your horses how much you love them every day because you just don't know when they are going to be gone.

As someone who has had that call from someone early one morning, thank you. It must have been dreadful to dial that number, I know how dreadful it was to get it. I'm sure they really appreciate you calling them, I know I did....

I found my 16 yr old mare dead in the field five weeks ago and it is the most dreadful thing so my heart aches for your friend

Please send her my biggest hugs and if she needs a shoulder I am here.
