I have a Welsh who is currently ridden in a T8 GP. I’m looking for a dressage saddle and have seen a T4 Dressage online. Are the fits similar enough to take a punt on?

My saddle fitter says they are exactly the same except for the materials they are made from. I have recently had to buy a new one as was told to buy cob T4 or T8 in his size x

Some models differ slightly but T4 and T8 are finishes, not models. As SLH says, there is a cob saddle in both ranges that I would imagine fits the same, but other models may vary. Consult the company or a fitter.
