Saddle brands for an odd shaped horse?

Heya so I'm looking for a new saddle that won't slip on my Connemara X new forest mare. She's just turned 5 and every saddle we've had slips forward on her.
I'm wandering what the best brand is for odd shaped horses.
(We've tried multiple different saddle pads and numnahs to help prevent it slipping and for it to be comfier for her but nothing has worked)

ive been having the exact same problem with my welshie, I recently got a saddle fitter out and she was amazed at how square she is at the shoulders and that she has no withers at all. She then suggested a heather moffett flexEE. They are made for both very high withered horses and also tabletop/ barrel horses as well. She tried one on that wasn't quite the right size but it just showed how amazingly they fit, I'm now on the look out for a secondhand. I would definetly have a look if your horse is as odd as mine
