Quick one. I bought a saddle through facebook market place. Paid paypal (goods) and covered the transaction fee on top of the advertised price. Saddle arrived and was immediately looked at by my saddle fitter who strongly suspects a broken tree. Too much movement plus you can hear a sort of knocking sound. Either way something definitely not right. Would have to strip saddle to identify for sure. Contacted seller who agreed to refund on return of saddle.
I posted it back inc insurance to it's value at a cost of £26. Would you expect seller to refund this as well? I feel a bit bad asking as I genuinely don't think the seller had any idea the tree was damaged (I'd have never known!).
