Saddle experts - help?

Would a 17 inch seat, 9 inch to each d ring be a wide fitted saddle??

I have found one advertised with those sizes as a med to wide... But thought its more of a wide. Any ideas?

D ring measurements don't mean much as they depend on placement as to how far apart they are, so don't tell you the accurate width of the saddle.

Ah I see, thank you think I'll get a pro in to measure up rather then guess and get it wrong or badly fitted.
