Saddle fitter coming on Thursday-advice please!!

I have the saddler coming out on Thursday, after a few issues with my thorowgood T8 and S changing shape it no longer fits and so I am (for the first time ever *gulp*) taking the plunge and buying a new saddle. Saddler knows his shape and is bringing a selection:

Albion K2 and Kontrol
Ideal gazelle and Impala
A Farrington (think it was Burford or Beaufort)
Optimum performance hunt/jump

I am over 6ft and struggled slightly with the T8 as it wasn't taking up my leg overly well so going for a jump saddle but will also be used for hacking and general riding. Does anyone have any advice/opinions to offer on any of these? Fit is really down to the saddler but comments on workmanship/vale for money/how well they last etc would be really appreciated.
Have looked around for 2nd hand but in I size he need (18inch+) they are hard to come by. Quite excited really as I have been getting by on a saddle that does not fit me overly well so I am hoping it will be a bit of a difference in feel etc

Thanks for reading... Am off to sip some gin at the thought of spending enough to buy a car on a saddle (don't tell the OH!!!)

I had a saddle made once, I was so excited I kept in the house just so I could look at it and smell it

My saddler measured me first, then measured the horse in about 5 places, result , perfect fit for us both. Happy saddle buying!

I'm actually rather nervous, having only ever spent £500 max on a saddle... I'm trying not to get my hopes up but having ridiculously long legs (especially hip to knee) I'm hoping I might actually get a saddle that my knees do not like over the front of! If so it will be heaven..
