Saddle fitter - Derbyshire/Notts

Can anyone recommend a good saddler who covers the Derbyshire/Notts boarder? Yard is not far off junction 28 of M1.

In the past I have always used Sammy Sampson but I've lost his contact details and I've tried google with no luck.

If anyone has the details for Sammy or could recommend another good saddler it would be much appreciated
