Saddle fitter in Manchester

A friend of mine is looking for a saddle fitter in Manchester, however all the ones I find will only come out and fit a saddle if you buy a new one.

Well the pony in question has a leather saddle, a bareback saddle pad and I know he is being bought a treeless saddle so we need to know his size and to check if the leather one fits.
