Saddle fitter in the North East?

Can anyone recommend a good professional saddle fitter somewhere in the North East of the UK?

Hi There is a guy in Consett on Consett bank. Opposite where the pet shop if that helps. Dont have his number to hand but will give you a shout tomorrow with it. He is rated pretty highly?

When I lived in the north east Geoff Brown from Stamfordham was pretty good. Think he is still trading and probably in the yellow pages.

We've recently had Chris from Jobsons of Alnwick out and were very happy with him. I've also heard good things about Andy Wheals who works from The Saddle Shop. I think he's only about a couple of days a week though so there may be a longer wait for him to come out.

ETA: They're both registered with SMS as well which is good to know!

not very helpful i know but ive been looking for a business card i got off a saddler so id remember NOT to use him after seeing him in action (or not), cant find it is driving me mad but it had a little tree on it

all that guy did was plonk sadlles on horses and go yeah thats ok...no girth, nobody getting in the saddle and certainly no seeing how the horse went in it, i was appalled!

none of those names sound like him though
