Looking for recommendations for a saddle fitter who could travel to me a little way outside faringdon.
For a very short backed, functionally downhill horse with not a lot of space for a saddle, in need of a very light weight saddle due to owner health conditions, for a tall rider. Thank you

I'd wholeheartedly recommended Rebecca McPherson, based in Abingdon, Oxon. I've used her for years and she's thorough, knowledgeable and has always come up with solutions for my saddling conundrums.

Could anyone recommend a master saddler fitter in the Windsor/Maidenhead catchment area to fit a saddle I just bought to my difficult to fit horse? Thank you.

I use Becky Parr, of Remedy Saddles. She's very good and in the area fairly regularly, and has or can get demo saddles from few of the major saddle brands, but unsure if she is taking on new clients at the moment as she is having a baby in May. If you are interested in considering a treeless saddle (which would tick quite a few of your boxes, and lightweight too) I have used Julie Knaggs at Montague Saddles and she's exceptionally good - she will fit any saddle, but only sells SMART saddles so won't have any others in stock.

Connect Equine, Sara Udall would be my recommendation. I don't know her well personally but a bit, and I like her approach very much on paper.
Sara Udal is just brilliant, she has worked wonders with our NF and her knowledge and methods are exemplary. Only problem is that she is so popular it can be a long wait to see her for the first time. Once on her rota however she is excellent.
