Could really do with someone coming to look at our mares saddle. It looks like it is rubbing in a couple of places. Anyone know of anyone in the Shropshire area that will come out. Thank you

Okay, The Wyke at Shifnal have a good reputation, and I believe they have saddle fitters who come out to you - not 100% sure though. Tel number is 01952 460560
There is also Telford Saddlery at The Elephant house - their number is 01952 245651 .
Peter Oakes operates in the Shropshire area too. He used to own the saddlery at The Elephant House, but it was sold on, and as far as I know, he still has a mobile business covering a huge area of Shropshire. I've used him and he's excellent, but sadly, I can't find his number.

Thanks for your help, I actually phoned Peter Oakes today - got his number out of the Shropshire Star. He came out today and is sorting the saddle for me. Glad to hear that you know him and that he's good. He seemed to know what he's talking about and is even going to drop the saddle back for me tomorrow. Excellent service, just hope the fits good.
