Frank Edwards at Acorn Saddlery in South Molton. They have made several items of leatherwork for me which have been beautifully made.

I know of a fantastic mobile one who re-flocks on site, very thorough and would recommend highly, really knows her stuff. Depends where in north devon you are though. She does a complete re-flock in pure wool for £40 plus travel and will hapily spend a couple of hours with you assessing the fit while you ride etc.
