New or second hand doesn't really matter, the horse is only 3 so still growing, withers aren't particularly high or low

Ok, I have never used Antony Batchelor, I have used martin Wilkinson, he was very good (think he comes from Essex Herts boarder)
I have also never had a problem with Rodger from Ingatestone.

I will look into Martin Wilkinson a bit more 
I'm a bit cautious about using Rodger just because of all the negative comments I have seen

Some people think he is great, others not so much.
My horses are in WOW saddles and no one locally fits
costs me a fortune!!
Matin Wilkinson was very good, I found him expensive though, I wanted to purchase a Ideal H&C saddle, he fitted us up then wanted to charge me £200 extra onto of the saddles RRP, We had a disagreement about it and I decided to go with the WOW saddle.

Anthony Batchelor is great, he does not hold stock though, he will come out measure your horse etc then advise you what saddles to look for then he will come back out and adjust the flocking etc to create a perfect fit. He does not make saddles now either but I have the first saddle he made (under his grandfathers watchful eye, it was made for my daughters deceased mare before we had her), he does repairs and adjustments too.
I have no problem with Roger I find him helpful and he listens if your having issues that may be saddle related.
Martin Wilkinson is used at work and I am not a fan as I don't know ho anyone can check a saddle fit and take it away to reflock then return it by post and say it is a perfect fit without seeing it on the horse again.
Both roger and Anthony reflock and do minor work on site and all major work will be looked at again on the horse before being deemed ok if the work could1 have interfered with fit.
