Saddle for wide horse

My horse needs a wider saddle because it pinching my horse. According to the physio it massing up her back her back muscles were extremely tight as result . Anyone have recommended on brand that sell saddles for a horse with wide shoulders

I eventually (4 saddles later) settled on a Solution treeless saddle for the Draft mare, who was the widest horse ever, with massive shoulders.

Have you spoken to your saddler to see what they can offer?

Or maybe if you can let people know which area (just roughly) maybe we can recommend a SHS saddler.

I live in Ireland I was thinking of using homestead saddlery they have a saddle fitting service . I think I might have to go with a second hand saddle the new ones seem very expensive. But if anyone nows any saddle fiters in Ireland it’s would be much appreciated.

A saddler should be able to tell you what saddle would suit your horse best. Our horse with big shoulders is in a Ideal H&C (not Apex)

Both of mine have shoulders that Atlas would be proud of and two separate saddle fitters have fitted them with cut back head GFS saddles. Uber comfy, thoroughly recommend them.
