Saddle help please

I'm selling a saddle on behalf of my friend but I don't know what size it is. When I sold my own saddle I measured it for the size but i've fogotton how to do this. So could someone please remind me. I know it's a wide because it's a wintec and has the changable gullet but need to find out if it's a 17" or whatever.

Mearsure from the d ring at the front to the center of the cantle.

Measure from the little stud that is just below and to the side of the stirrup bars at the front, to the middle of the cantle at the back.

Measure from the saddle nail(big nail about the size of a 5p) in the front of the skirt to the centre of the cantle.I am afraid if you measure from the D ring or the saddle flap D then it will be incorrect. Mind you it explains a lot of the Ebay problems if people dont understand how to measure a saddle. FWIW have any of you considered how you measure a tree before it is fitted in the saddle? No D rings or flap nails then
