Saddle makes with U head and Hoop tree

Saddler and I have been trying to find a saddle for my 6yr old Warmblood/Selle Francais mare.

Shes built like a brick shit house, huge shoulders, big barrel, flat back and mutton wither.
He said Wintec/Bates/TG/K&M all have bell shaper gullet bars so wont suit.

He told me to find a old GFS or a Pessoa paris.

So instead of a A shaped head she needs a U and hoop tree.

Im contemplating just competing bareback at this stage

I'm sure black country and Ideal do hoop trees.
I think, many moons ago! my black country VSD was on a hoop tree, I think Ideals are made to order, but you may pick one up second hand. The Ideal FWB rings a bell, being hooped.

My issue is I am looking for a jump saddle in particular!

Have you tried contacting the likes of sheepham saddles or saddle bank to see what they might have?

It took me ages to find something for my warmblood - very flat back, very broad. She's in a Heather Moffett Flexee now. It's mainly great and has the advantage that the saddles are not expensive, especially second hand. The saddles have a leather tree so not treeless but much more flexible than a fixed tree. You can use with different gullet plates or no plate at all. They can be fitted as a traditional saddle or with extra shim pads. I find the stirrup bars are set back a little too far for me but the horse is very comfortable!!

Loxley / Bliss do a hoop tree. And I had a Harry Dabbs IB that I think was a hoop tree as well
