saddle name plates

Hey. I'm looking in to getting these for my saddles:

Anyone got one? How much damage do they do to the saddle to put them on?

I always assumed they screw into the back of the tree, so if you take they out they would leave two diddy holes? Guess they could always be filled in? They do look so smart tho!

Just leave 2 small hole as use small brass screws to fit them.

yes, ive just brought a secondhand saddle and it has two small holes in the back and a slight mark from were one has been
