Hi guys,
Some of you may know I bought a saddle on ebay last Thursday as I posted on here asking you to have a quick look and let me know what you thought. I paid immediately after winning the auction. Anyway saddle arrived today. The seller has charged me £16 postage - sounds reasonable right? The postage on the stamp say £11.74.
How would you guys expect a saddle to be packaged for posting? She has literally just put the saddle in an old box and sealed it - no bubble wrap or padding of any sort. She also stated on the auction that it would be posted by Parcel Force 24 - it has been sent by Royal Mail (a cheaper option?).
So what I'm saying really is I now have to give feedback but don't know what to say - positive/neutral/negative? and do I comment on the fact that it wasn't packaged very well (or I don't think it was) and was sent by a different Mail service than stated?
I have 100% positive feedback and don't want her to ruin that - also the seller has 100% positive feedback too.
Sorry for the ramble but your thoughts please!?
Chocolate chip cookies and Lemonade for reading!
