Saddle pads with built in half pad

I am looking for a saddle pad that is thicker/more cushioned under the saddle area. My horse prefers a thicker saddle pad, but a half pad on top of a saddle pad is too much bulk. Are there any brands that have more padding under the saddle area? Preferably a material that is designed to absorb impact/disperse forces. The horse doesn’t like sheepskin - I tried a sheepskin lined pad first.

I got a few of these when I had an older horse who I wanted to use a half pad on but nothing ever seemed to sit nicely.
This worked. I really liked it. Only cotton type fabric but washed well and lasted forever

Have you looked at Equitex? Quite pricey but may have what you’re looking for.
