Saddle seat sizes.................how big is yours???

My wintec is 16" and my Saddle Company Saddle is 17.5".

I am 5'9 probably 11 stone (!!) size 14 and have a 16hh & 16.1h h TB's and all their saddles are 18"

18" - I'm 5'8, size 12 with a long thigh, so feel most cofortable in a bigger saddle. My ass will fit into anything down to a 16", but my legs don't!

The saddle i normally use on Badger is 18 inch GP and we are both quite comfy in it. My mum has the same saddle in a 17 inch and my knees pop off the edge! I've just started riding in a 17'' Albion K2 jumping saddle and my knees are very comfy in that.

I'm 5'7'', 9 stone.

What size saddle should I buy? My horse is just about to be backed/started so I need to make this decision fairly soon...

I'm 5ft5, but only 6 stone and size 4! Very scrawny bum, but quite long legs.

BUT other more normal-sized people will be riding my horse as well - probably much more than I will - so I can't just get a saddle to fit me. So, what size would be best?

(Horse is 15.1ish Arab, so short backed.)
