This is a work in progress and I am on a path to rectify this but others input or suggestions would be welcome.

New boy passed his (stringent) 5* vetting mid July. Noticed my jump saddle was slipping to the right about a month after purchase. (dressage didn't fit at all). My saddler duly came out and reflocked my saddle plus gave me another dressage to try as mine was no good for him. Saddle slipping again within a couple of weeks, tried padding it, borrowed a GP, better but still slipping after initially fitting. Borrowed a treeless and same thing happened. Horse is completely sound on trot up or circle. He is starting to muscle unevenly so now physio booked. I also have had to have physio! I have started hamstring stretches with him and saddler booked again late October (want time to try to get my boy even again). Work is low key walk fittening or hacking till I am sure he is fine again. Also will be having a lesson with a new dressage trainer to see what she thinks my horse is doing. I should say the slipping is not overly dramatic but i have had a lot of training around core and feel so I can "feel" we are not level. Horse is perfectly happy and keen to work. Not sore after work either.

How many numnahs and saddle blankets do you have under the saddle. The more extra padding you have the more the saddle will be inclined to slip.

Carefully check the length of your stirrups, are they even

Get the vet to trot up and flex the horse behind and lunge him on the hard on small circles after he's been worked and the tied up for fifteen minutes .

I'm sorry to say I had very similar problems. Saddle slipping, tight hamstrings. Horse seemed sound even to physio. Then a few months later started not working from behind as well.
Vet diagnosed bilateral psd

Thank you all. Saddle is padded according to the saddlers instructions. I don't use a 5 point (I do have one) as think it it the horse doing something which is making saddles move. I have done the whole lunging, flexion myself and he is sound. Seems to really enjoy his hamstring stretches. Going to see if physio makes a difference but have decided that if I can't get this right (or improving) in the next couple of weeks, then will call back my vet (who did the original vetting)

I am also putting a lot if work in on myself as I am now "odd" myself so having physio and stretches work as well. I went back to my power plate trainer and am so wonky, we can't even start working properly so am beginning to think this could be an issue which if one of us was straight, would be fine but with 2 it's really getting worse
