saddle twist and rise - how to measure???

Hello

Can anyone tell me how and where to meausre my saddle's twist and rise?

Also does anyone know what woudl be a narrow or wide twist so that once I have measured it I know if its narrow or wide.

You really can't measure it, sorry. And everyone's opinion of what is narrow, medium, wide differs. A tree is a three dimensional object which is then altered a lot as the saddle is built, and there is no fixed point left to measure. You can measure across the bars on a bare tree, but that only give you an idea, the angle of the bars, whether upright or flat, also contributes towards the width of twist and you definitely can't measure that.
