Saddlecloth moving back

When I ride my Nuumed saddlecloth (half wool) keeps moving back to the extent the front edge is under the saddle and rubbing despite being secured with the straps. Previously not had this problem - only with new saddle which is a sought after type made and fitted by a very well respected saddler! Saddle was fitted with this saddlecloth is use. Perplexed.

See if you can get a tailors to move the straps on the saddlecloth. Get them moved forward a bit or shorten them and that should help.

Is it as simple as making the straps shorter to keep in place? I have to do this with some numnahs.

Try ringing Nuumed I used to work with them and they would really like to hear about this, they may even suggest away to stop it.
