Hi

Does anyone use a Stubbs Saddlemate in the boot of their car and if so can you still use the boot cover or is it too tall with a saddle on? Car in question is a Land Rover Discover Td5.

Thanks

Think you would be fine with the disco, I use to use mine in the Fourtrak when we had a trailer and they are not that tall with the saddle on. ;)

Hmmm, I'm undecided as I think the saddlemate is 43cm high and the clearance between boot floor and load cover is 45cm. Have an awful feeling the cantle of the saddle will make a bulge in the cover.

Oh thats annoying. What about one of those grey grooming steps/boxes to sit your saddle on (with a hinged lid, the ones you can stand on)), may be lower than the saddle mate, I have one at shows and am always plonking the saddles on it.
