Saddler recommendations south Devon

Hello, my ever changing 5 year old needs some flocking taken out of his saddle as it is pinching behind the shoulder. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can do this and refit the saddle for me?

Preferably someone who doesn't have a huge waiting list as I can't ride at the moment due to the saddle fit as don't want to damage my horse and its killing me! (Not him he's having a great holiday with ground work and walks)
