Saddlers/Saddle fitters in Somerset recommendations please

Can anyone recommend me a fitter/saddler in the Somerset area.

I am hoping my current saddle just needs re-flocking but would like to get someone to check it out.

If it needs changing, I can't afford brand new so is there anyone out there that fits and sells second hand at a reasonable price? Hard to find I know!

Julia Garrett is AMAZING and very lovely! Pretty much everyone at my yard uses her ad she is very fair - and trustworthy unlike some others I have tried!

Denise was very good when I had her out as well, especially when confronted with my silly snorting babypony who had worked himself up into a tizz about the bales being wrapped by the scary monster in the field next door to his

Julia garret or sharon church (used to work for Jennys tacks shop but is now solo and flocks on site! very nice lady! )
The only issue i had with julia was she plonked the saddle on and didnt ask me to get on and ride him or anything. took the saddle away and flocked it. I had to collect whereas i would have rathered her come back out again and check the flocking she had done was correct and the fit was good. Sharon did it all on site and checked it there and then.

HI, I'm in Somerset looking for a saddler as well but when I googles Julia she's coming up as being in Staffordshire not Somerset

If he is taking on new customers, Nathaniel Underwood in Chard is exceptional. Personal experience and friends of mine.

Julia Garrett is very good. Also try Peter Lewis of Pointings in Bath - he's very good too and will travel quite far out for customers.

ps Garretts are at Draycott - very near Cheddar.

We're not near Cheddar we're near Tiverton so that and Bath are too far away, might try Nathanial Underwood but even that's an hour away and unfortunately people won't travel anymore :/
