Saddlery4u ebay - again

I won an auction for a headcollar from Saddlery4u really cheap £13 for a £55 headcollar. Needless to say it never arrived despite postal insurance being paid. When I contacted them I just got back rude and sarcastic emails in return. They finally refunded me minus the postal insurance (flipping cheek) but only after I reported the item as not recieved to ebay. I then left them negative feedback which they fully deserved. They then reported me as a non paying bidder to ebay (despite having just refunded me). I appealed and had my non payement strike removed by ebay (but this was hassle I just didn't need). I have since discovered that they seem to report any buyer who leave a negative as a non paying bidder, that way if the buyer doesn't appeal ebay removes the buyer feedback (hence their feedback is better than it should be). They have since left me a completely unjustified neagative (which I can only get removed if I agree to remove theirs - NO WAY THEY DERSERVED THEIR NEGATIVE). Glad you got your stuff K&R, but I will not be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. There was a trend on here a couple of days ago, where a lot of people claiming to have not got their stuff etc... Admin must have removed it.
 
i had the same problem with them but when they traded under the other name (slips my mind - will remember soon)
I won a half wool lined dressage saddle cloth for about £40 and was worth about £70. I paid straight away but no item came. I emailed them and they said they posted it but would send another out. That didnt arrive, so i emaield them again - no reply, no reply, no reply. Got fed up and threatened them with going to report them to ebay - surprise surprise the item arrived - great item, but poor ebayer.

Think they gave up with ebay for a little while (maybe a day or so), due to their bad feedback as they were getting lots of neg. They then set up a new account under a new name!

Glad K&R got the stuff so quickly and no hassle, maybe theyve turned over a new leaf for the new year?
 
Somehow I doubt it. I won the headcollar 2 weeks before Christmas and they have reported at least 8 buyers since the new year as none payers (most of whom seem to have a good record prior to dealing with Saddlery4u which suggest they probably have paid and Saddlery4u is just trying to dodge more negative feedback).
 
just remembered who they traded as before but cant find them on ebay - free spirits saddlery.
am sure that saddlery4u is them - will happily stand corrected and take back what i have said in earlier post if they arent but sure they are
