A lot of people have had bad experiences with them.
ie not sending item if it doesnt reach a high enough price, then opening up a NPB claim again you to get their listing fees back.
Ive bought from them a few times, but the items werent very cheap, so I did get them.
They dont accept paypal though.

PERSONNALLY I WOULDN'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!

PM if you want details but suffice to say if you win something in a auction cheap, don't expect it to arrive!!! BIN you maybe more successful, but to be honest there are plenty on honest/decent sellers on Ebay, so why no use one of them.

If you are paying full price or near enough then you will probably get your item. If it is a bargain then they will either deny you ever paid (they don't take paypal) or item will be "lost in the post" you might get a refund and then the item will be relisted in the hope that it is bid up higher next time.

I wouldn't bother, they should be put out of business!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!

I won a nice pink leather headcollar and a pair of reins, paid straight away (using my credit card, not through Paypal but through their own payment processor) and paid the extra for the "insurance". A month later nothing. I will give them that they did answer my emails regarding my order quickly BUT I think that is only because they knew I paid on my Visa (probably figured I would do a chargeback anyways) and paid the extra for insurance. They refunded my card including shipping as well.

I think too that they were disapointed with the ending price of the goods (£10 for the headcollar and £10 for the reins) and just never sent them and hoped I would forget about it!!

It's too bad as they often sell things I'd like to buy but they are not worth the headache.

I bet they didn't refund the extra you paid for insurance. They must make hundreds from not refunding postal insurance, that they never paid out in the 1st place.

Terrible seller, had to report them to my credit card company for fraud as they accepted a payment then decided to deny it as i hadn't paid the supposed option of insurance then deducted money from my refund for their time!

V V rude communication as well, althou i think she may have had a shock when i decided to pursue her for £2 !!

That's the one. Shame thing with me, Wish I had thought to report her to my creditcard company and pursued the £2 postal insurance that way. They are making loads from people like me that don't pursue the £2. Why bloody Ebay don't do something about them, is beyond me.

Nope, they refunded me every last penny! I think they may have had enough people go after them for £2

When I first started emailing them asking where my parcel was and asked them for the tracking number (they said that they had sent it 1st class recorded), it was like pulling teeth trying to get a number out of them.
I eventually got the tracking and gave it to my postie (it pays to be nice to your postman, he even drives by when I walking back from the stables and gives me my parcels!) and he checked it out. He said that this number had never been used so the parcel hadn't even entered into the system.

Now, I run my own internet business and send out loads of parcels a week (got 4 to send out today) and very rarely get them go missing (touch wood!). If they are honest sellers, you would have thought that with the amount of parcels they send that go "missing", that they would at least be concerned and contact the Royal Mail incase there is theft going on. Any normal seller would do this which leads me to believe, they ain't sending them in the first place!

I'm positive they are never sent. Especially as it only seems to be the items won 'cheap' in an auction that go missing!!! I neve could get a tracking number off them for the supposed insurance they refused to refund.

Got a bridle which had cracked leather tried to contact them re exchange they never replied. Read posts on here re people having problems so decided to cut my losses, didn't pay much for it and only use it for lunging so that's that. Wouldn't use again.

given all the bad press they have had , & fell foul of them too , i'm surprised they've not been kicked off of ebay by now!!
