Does anyone have a contact number for them. I want to pay for something over the phone and have emailled them a few times for their number with no reply forthcoming. To be honest Im beginning to think it would be easier not to bother buying from them at all.

Ah, you have discovered that they're a nightmare then - congrats! They don't take payment over the phone you have to pay either via their website or cheque / postal order.
