I know they have always been the most reliable company but I have to say I am pleased with their recent service.

I Won an item in an auction over the weekend and it arrived today along with a couple of sweets which I thought was a really nice gesture, certainly made me smile to get something for nothing for once

Yeah I got some sweets too when I had a made to measure bridle from them

And the lady emailing me was brill, put up with my millions of emails and was thankfull when I said sorry to keep emailing but just want to make sure its fits or you'll never be able to sell it
