Watching an item (a bridle) on ebay from these guys but had some recollection that people had had trouble with a company by this name or a similar and just wanted to see if any one had ever bought from them? Bridle is nice, not uber-cheap but new.....

I don't think I would use them again. I wanted a bridle that they had on auction. I emailed them asking for measurements of the cob size just to ensure it would fit. They didn't send me back the measurements instead I got a message saying
"it is a standard Cob size and the same as a Sabre Cob size"
As my boy was wearing a Sabre I thought that would be fine.
I won the auction and when I got the bridle it was tiny!

I asked for an exchange of size and they refused saying they didn't have to exchange auction items. They were only willing to exchange if I paid the difference between what I had paid and the current 'Buy it Now' price (which was £30 more than I had paid)
I also had to pay to return the too small bridle.

If its a straight forward transaction then it will probably be fine but if there is any problem they seem to have some strange scruples.

Previously know as saddlery4u, there was a good reason for the name change. As suggested, do a search on here for reviews.

Check their negative feedback. And also the feedback that they used to leave for anyone who dared criticise them.

I bought and they wanted £2 insurance. They said that if I didn't buy the insurance they would not send me proof of postage if it didn't arrive or help me with a claim against the PO at all.

They put a non-payer strike against me and eBay removed it when I appealed.

Totally agree - they have "banned" me from bidding on any of their items (as if I would buy anything from them again!). I won sheepskin boot liners for £0.99 (retail £17) fiunnily enough they never turned up and the brought a case against me for non-payment even though I paid by paypal and had the proof. Then they said they would post it but never did so they offered me a refund until the PO found them (apparently they we're lost) and then send me replacements. 1 year later I still don't have them!

i got a kk ultra bit from them a while ago and when i received it i noticed it had lots of floors and one side of it was v rough and sharp to touch almost like it was a 2nd, i told them and they wern't impressed! I said it wasn't as described as the ebay ad said ' in brand new condition' they did give me a refund but it took phone calls etc to finally get my money back
