Saddles - can you add thigh blocks?

My saddle has adjustable velcro knee blocks, but no thigh blocks. I really like saddles with thigh blocks, they make me feel very secure lol. I was wondering if it's possible to have thigh blocks added to a saddle? Or even to add a velcro panel and get adjustable ones?

Can't see why not - surely a competent saddler could do it. I hesitate to recommend stick on velcro.

Hehe I did have visions of me buying stick-on velcro pads and them falling off at inopportune moments.
