hey im looking to buy a med tree close contact barnsby whittaker saddle any ideas whee i can get one please my horse will only be ridden in this type of saddle she is new to me and her old owners needed to keep theirs any ideas gratefully recieved!
 
i dotn mind either i have just looked on ebay and cant seem to find and barnsby whittaker ones i think people keep hold of them forever !xxxx
 
i thought that but she is not happy in any thing else i brought her 3 weeks ago had a sadddler out and she bucked me off she has never bucked before i took her back to her old owner today and put her old saddle on and she was a dream xxxx
 
but if she went back to her old home to try this saddle she was most certainly going to behave differently anyway. Did you try your new saddle in the same session, or try the old saddle at your yard ever? That would be a better test.

I wouldn't be convinced and shell out for a very expensive saddle on that basis alone.

It's 17 inch and as new.
 
i know i tried my other one and it was awful i think it really pinches her bexause she didnt do it when she first arrived at mine she was brilliant untill my new saddle was fitted.xxxx
 
How do you know she never bucks if you have only had her for three weeks? I'm with the_watcher, there will be more than just one saddle that will fit and she will work well in.
 
i am friendly with her previous owner and she has never done it before im not saying no other saddle will fit im saying she prefers the one that she was in before .xxxx
