safe to use??

My horse got clipped the other night and the girl that done it left me an equivelent to dettol, and told me to dilute it in hot water and hot cloth to get rid of grease on the coat and if there were any wee cuts, make sure they were clean. Is it ok to use this:s

I generally use hibiscrub - dilute and hotcloth.
