Hello I am looking to get someone one of those safety handle things I can not remember the name of them at all so can you guys share your views on the best ones and where you got yours from Thanks

Safty handle thingy ? can you be more specific , do you mean a strap to go across the front of the saddle?

If you mean the straps that go from d to d i found all the shop/ebay ones too short so got a leather one made by a local leather company and got it made a bit longer.
Well worth the money

A flash strap also works well for that.

My local saddler made a webbing one up for my kids, with clips at both ends. £4. Think I might get myself one too

I found the RStor a waste of money, mainly because I found it too short to comfortably ride with as it restricted hands forward for jumping and opening the hand to school in dressage.

Suppose it depends on what you want it for, personally I feel it is something else to think about.

Pelham roundings work well. Have picked em up cheap from equine car boot sales and other places near me where you can get 2nd hand stuff.

We used to call them "Monkey Grips". After seeing some novice riders trying to stay aboard by using a death grip on the reins, (poor ponies) I think they should be mandatory up to a certain level.
