Sale Goods Policy from Horsatack

Shops never used to exchange goods. M&S started it off really.

Goods have to be: fit for purpose (reasonable purpose for what it is!); of merchantable quality; same as sample. If you buy the wrong size, that isn't covered ;)

All terms and conditions have to be known at the time you make the contract (usually considered when paying at the 'till).

That exchange policy seems a bit harsh :-(

I use the MK branch a fair bit and all the staff in there seem very nice and helpful, there is one young man there who is probably the most helpful shop assistant I have ever encountered :-)

snap.......ware we thinking the same young man WelshD?:D:D we always have a good giggle when going in.

The MK one is fab, the staff are very helpful and will try and help with what ever you need....the manager is at my yard and is a really lovely lady.
