Sales livery suggestions Wilts/Berks/Oxon

Hi,

My mare is coming back off loan due the the break up of her loanee and I don't have the time to commit to her.

Can anybody suggest a good sales livery where they take a percentage as I cannot afford the £150/£180 a week. I'm not sure if anybody does this anymore but thought it was work asking!

I think you will be very lucky to find such a deal.

I've not long left my job with Lucy Jackson in Oxfordshire (injury!) and they take horses on to sell and every horse in since I've been there has sold very quickly.

Depending on how busy Lucy is, her head girl Fran often takes sales liveries on and she's brilliant.

I would say worth a ring. Livery may be negotiable to a degree and normally commission in 10%.

How big is your mare?

She is 16.2hh, a 6 year old Welton mare and really needs to go eventing. I have ummed and aahed for a year or so now, nearly sold her once and then changed my mind but have come to the conclusion that she is too good for the amount of time and money that I have and needs to go to somebody who would put her talents to good use!
