Sally Tottle (Alexander Technique) "Bodysense" DVD - any1 got it?

I am thinking of getting it - did a course and had a few 1-on-1 sessions years ago with her, and she was really really good. i'm too far away now to go to her, but wondered how good this DVD is, whether it'll take the place of lessons maybe? anyone got it please, and what's it like - or am i going to be the first one, and then report back?

Just looked it up on Amazon and its £30 so any reviews would be good before I shell out the money
